How do I get my dvd drive on vista to work again after I did a system restore?
OK I made back up dvds of my owner pc stuff and made system recovery discs all three and a regular back dvd then I restored my computer back to factory settings and now the dvd drive wont work! GEEK SQUAD said it was a registry problem that has to do with i tunes! He said it was a easy fix can someone please help me?
