One of my new year’s resolutions already ticked off: sort out my film stash.

Hadn’t quite realised how much Precisa I’d horded – that’s the danger of always having credit in my paypal account…

Currently my stash stands at 120 rolls, not bad considering I must have started 2007 with about 10 (having all but given up taking pics for a few years). Some of it now in the freezer, the bulk in the fridge and stuff I know I’m gonna shoot soon under my bed…

new / old films

Some of my recent film purchases…most of this was from a job lot from ebay, all the kodak rolls are expired.

The 35mm is for keeps – not shot any Kodak Ektachrome before (there’s some E100VS, E100GX, E100S and E100G in there – looking forward to seeing how differently they xpro). Worked out at around £1.50 a roll, should get that down if I manage to sell some of the other rolls….

…like the Polaroid films – they are no use to me so so they are going back onto ebay tonight.

The 120 film is more than I’ll ever shoot with my Holga, especially as my home scanner will only do 35mm negs. So far I’ve only shot 2 rolls of 120, so suddenly having 60+ rolls is a bit overkill. So I might sell some, or trade it for 35mm, or investigate a cheap medium format camera and scanner combo. Any suggestions / offers?
